REFUND POLICY

  1. Orders can be cancelled until 24 hours of order confirmation.
  2. Products can be exchanged for store credits.
  3. The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. The delivery should be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  4. The product should be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged with the original packaging and Fashion Guys tag still intact for it to be eligible for exchange.
  5. The product will undergo a quality check before the return is processed.
  6. Products purchased on sales/ discounts are not eligible for exchange.
  7. Customized orders are not eligible for exchange.
  8. In case of any issue regarding the size/ fit, alterations will be offered on all customized orders. However, no alterations will be offered on non-customized orders.
  9. The first alteration will be free of charge. However, subsequent alterations shall have charges which are to be borne by the customer.
  10. In case you receive a damaged product, you can email us at with the photos of the product within 2 days of order delivery.

  12. Non customized orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days, and customized orders will be dispatched within 12-15 working days.

  14. Shipping rates may vary according to the size of the package and the delivery address/ postal code.
  15. The product prices are non-inclusive of shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
